| Mark is a founder of Fee Disclosure, LLC. He has been instrumental in the firm’s development and growth since its inception in 2005. His keen insight in the areas of ongoing systems design and integration are a major company asset. Mark is committed to providing the best possible experience for both the consumer and members of the real estate transaction community.

He has diversified experience and a track record of success in both the real estate and telecommunication areas. Mark’s leadership played a key role in overseeing a portfolio of over $1B dollars in closed residential real estate transactions as a wholesale lender. He advised over 300 retail mortgage brokers during this time. Prior to wholesale lending, Mark successfully founded real estate and mortgage companies in the southern California area and continues to hold his California and Colorado real estate brokers license.
During the Internet boom, Mark worked at Verizon acquiring valuable telecommunication and network design knowledge. Mark helped MCI/ WorldCom partner with Verizon to bring in over $2B in annual revenue. He has an innate ability to design, develop, and integrate complex system platforms. The combination of real estate and telecommunication knowledge lead to the creation of the Lower Fees operating platform. This information portal was one of the key foundation building blocks that lead to the creation of Fee Disclosure. Mark received his MBA from Pepperdine University after earning a BA in Economics from UC Irvine.

Michael Kratzer is a founder of Fee Disclosure, LLC. He is a well established real estate and financial service industries professional. For over 15 years, Michael has held numerous securities, real estate and insurance licenses. He founded, built, and sold a very successful financial service private practice in 2000. He has successfully brokered commercial and private real estate holdings for a wide cross section of corporate entities and individuals, playing a participatory role in over 25,000 real estate transactions.

Through this experience, Michael recognized huge disparities that existed in the overall transaction process. There was a huge information gap that existed between consumers, real estate professionals, and lenders. Michael realized this lack of knowledge placed the consumer at a significant disadvantage. This was the catalyst for his vision of raising consumer’s financial literacy, putting an end to unfair lending discrimination and the eventual creation of Fee Disclosure.
Michael Kratzer obtained a BS from California Lutheran University and later received his MBA in Finance and an MS in Clinical Psychology from California Lutheran University. Michael is married and has three children.
His main focus is to provide consumers with the best available information as it relates to real estate and mortgage transactions. He has a strong commitment to create change and transparency in the real estate industry. Michael is articulate, extremely knowledgeable and is contacted on a regular basis for counsel by business, regulatory and political leaders.
